Yes I've been here before and had that name, I was using the VHS tape Ali MacGraw: Yoga--Mind & Body back then.

This morning was really heavy rain, but once we got under cover it slowed to a lighter steady rain, kinda reminds me of camping on the West Coast where it rained a lot.
